Description of problem:

Hello, 

Customer reports that htcacheclean is not cleaning the cache from the bellow command:

htcacheclean -d60  -t -l128M -p/travail/sys0/ewebserver/domains/ewspnle/common-cache

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.setup some caching using mod_disk_cache
2.generate some cache  
3.try to clean using htcacheclean


Actual results:
Cache not cleaned to remain on the specified size

Expected results:

The directory should be maintained on the specified size
