Description Matthew Cline 2017-02-10 04:28:00 UTC
Tried to install the 32-bit version of package libdbusmenu-gtk3 like this:

# dnf install libdbusmenu-gtk3-12.10.2-10.fc24.i686

And I got the following error:

> Error: nothing provides libwayland-egl.so.1 needed by gtk3-3.22.2-2.fc25.i686

I've also tried "dnf --enablerepo updates-testing" as specified at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1417431#c1, but the package isn't present at the "updates-testing" repository either.

Hi Matthew, I don't have any problem with this:

$ rpm -qf /usr/lib{,64}/libwayland-egl.so.1
mesa-libwayland-egl-13.0.3-6.fc25.i686
mesa-libwayland-egl-13.0.3-6.fc25.x86_64

Maybe make sure that you have at least the same Mesa version as above.

Comment 3 Matthew Cline 2017-02-10 23:16:27 UTC
D'oh! I'd changed dnf.conf to ignore mesa packages due to Bug 1417845. If I comment out the line to ignore mesa, then I can install libdbusmenu-gtk3-12.10.2-10.fc24.i686 just fine.

Sorry.
