and how did the fix look like? :) Oh... I did it by hand! But I had reported the request for the logical link in October and you fixed it and it was working correctly until recently. Whatever reads from udev.rules and makes the link changed some logic. Does this fix your problem??

With that I get: lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 4 Dec 14 04:48 /dev/tape -> nst0 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 4 Dec 14 04:48 /dev/tape1 -> nst0 this works for me since I only need this mode. |

Must be a small type. This was probably present in the earlier version because I remember fixing it.
