Description of problem: After creation of custom RBAC role in CloudForms Access Control, the permissions do not display correctly / do not bubble up to the top that they are set below. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.7.1.3 How reproducible: Create a custom role with very limited access. Save it. Go back to view the permissions granted to the role and note that they are not bubbling up to the top, see attached pic. Actual results: Specific permissions granted are checked, but partial checks to the top are not displayed. Expected results: Specific permissions granted are checked and partial checks indicate some below are checked. Additional info: Have replicated this in two independent environments on this version of CFME.
