Description of problem:

As per launchpad bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/packstack/+bug/1669352, HPE  need openstack-cinder 9.1.2 for  RHOSP 10 certification which is not available in "rhel-7-server-openstack-10-rpms" repository. 

Currently, openstack-cinder 9.1.1 is available in "rhel-7-server-openstack-10-rpms" repository.

openstack-cinder 9.1.1



Additional info:

Cu have requested openstack-cinder 9.1.2 package to be available in rhel-7-server-openstack-10-rpms for their Certification process. Here is the support case HPE has opened:

It's on the way.  Closing as duplicate of the rebase bug.
