Verified, installed today March 22

[root@controller-0 ~]# rpm -qa | grep openstack-cinder
openstack-cinder-9.1.2-1.el7ost.noarch

Looked at customer portal case and it's included upstream link. 
The mentioned\patched version of  hpe_3par_common.py is included.

Per #3 looks like its fixed you can update HPE. 
Clearing need info flag from Eric, if need be reset it again.

Forgot to mention was verfied on:
cat /etc/yum.repos.d/latest-installed 
10   -p 2017-03-17.2
