Description of problem: When navigating infrastructure--> Timelines spinner continuously spinning.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to Compute --> Infrastructure summary page.
2.Click on Monitoring --> Timelines.
3.

Actual results: Spinner is spinning infinitely


Expected results: It should display proper Timelines page.

Note that issue appears on any provider timelines, openstack as detailed on 1432073
