Description of problem:

Comparing to other type of reports, there is reduced set of VM attributes available for chargeback report.
It is required to have UUID of VM - at CFME attribute vm.ems_ref

This is addition to similar bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1384024

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): CFME version 4.2 (5.7.1.3)


How reproducible:
VM UUID field is missing at chargeback report.

1. set up chargeback report, UUID is missing
