Description of problem:

As VM identification is used only VM_name for chargeback reports. But there may be more VM (instances) with exactly the same name for large infrastructures e.g. for more providers.

Is it possibe to add there unique VM identification - VM GUID?
(e.g. there is available field "VM and instance: EVM unique ID (GUID)" for performance reports)


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): CFME 4.1 (5.6.2.1 )


How reproducible:
Unique VM GUID field is missing at report.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have more providers connected to CFME
2. Create VM (instance) with the same name on more providers
3. Generate chargeback report
- there will be more items, VMs, with same name

Actual results:


Expected results:
VM_GUID field will be available for chargeback report.
