Created attachment 1264285 [details] Restores access to iPhone running iOS 10.2 Restores access to iPhone running iOS 10.2 "iOS 10.2 PTP Invalid Storage ID Error (-1: 'Unspecified error')" https://github.com/gphoto/libgphoto2/issues Upstream's patchset cherry-picked as Jan Ritzerfeld did so, see: https://github.com/gphoto/libgphoto2/issues/132#issuecomment-285938275 http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/jritzerfeld:/branches:/graphics/openSUSE_Leap_42.2/src/ Tested-by: Bob Goodwin <bobgoodwin> The latest upstream release will likely also fix this - 2.5.14 as of last week: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1440445 Fedora still being on 2.5.12 prevents digital camera programs from working with iPhones at all. There's been a fix available for three months, could 2.5.14 be pushed to updates please? https://github.com/gphoto/libgphoto2/issues/132#issuecomment-296381731 gphoto2-2.5.14-1.fc26 libgphoto2-2.5.14-1.fc26 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 26. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2017-40c24c8f5c gphoto2-2.5.14-1.fc26, libgphoto2-2.5.14-1.fc26 has been pushed to the Fedora 26 testing repository.
