Sorry: this refers to XFree86 and friends, not to XFree86-Servers. Apologies. ael This will be fixed in XFree86-4.0.1-0.44. Thanks for the patch! Redhat 7.0 XFree86 upgrade again erased a carefully handcrafted XF86Config, so the 2nd point above is outstanding. Also XFree86-4.0.1-1 again crashes on a Mach32 with sig 11. I am downloading the source as I type tosee if the ati patch above has been applied, but it looks like the same problem. The ati patch *is* in XFree86-4.0.1-1, so this appears to be a new bug. I will enter it as a new report against Redhat 7.0. For the moment, all I have is a log: I have not investigated further. |
