Since EAP 6.4.CP14 existing implementation fails

RESTEasy 2.3.17 

How reproducible:
- use attached reproducer

Actual results:
- Test fails: java.util.zip.ZipException: Not in GZIP format

- Works as in previous versions

Reopening, because I am still getting the ZipException with EAP 6.4.16.CP.CR1 and resteasy.allowGzip set to true.
