Description of problem:

While executing the jboss-cli.sh after patching to EAP 6.4.15.CR1, it fails with Duplicate argument '--command'/'--commands' even when there are no commands specified.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Patch to 6.4.15.CR1
2. Run jboss-eap-6.4/bin/jboss-cli.sh --help

Actual results:

[root@3d4dd182740d sources]# JBOSS_HOME=jboss-eap-6.4 jboss-eap-6.4/bin/jboss-cli.sh --help
Picked up JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS: -Duser.home=/home/jboss -Duser.name=jboss
Duplicate argument '--command'/'--commands'.

Expected results:

No error message.

I'm reopening this issue because I don't think bug 1408961 is a duplicate. Issue reported in this ticket is very fresh, found in the CR1 6.4.15.

Verified with EAP 6.4.15.CP.CR3
