1. Navigate to Storage --> Block Storage
2. Click on Configuration --> Refresh relationships and power states
3.

Actual results: Flash message shows "Button is not yet implemented"


Expected results: It should show a proper flash message.

Verified in 5.9.0.8. Refresh button works properly.
