The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Subscription with corrupted GUI (missgin fonts)
Description of problem:
Package subscription-manager-gui miss RPM dependency at urw-fonts and it is displayed without fonts, when it is started remotely at server with minimal installation.

1. Install RHEL server with minimal installation (no desktop)
2. # yum install -y xauth subscription-manager-gui
3. Login at this server using: ssh -X rhel.minimal.server.com
4. Start Subscription Manager with GUI: # subscription-manager-gui
Actual results:
Subscription Manager without any fonts and not too useful (screenshot attached). It also prints following message at console:
