Version: mediawriter-4.0.95-1.fc26.x86_64 I've continued with the testing and found out that this only happens for the Server. In the case of writing a Workstation image the raw image is used as expected... not the iso image. I've tested it with usb flash storage ans with SD card as well. The behaviour was the same for both. I'd suggest that in the Write Fedora Server/Workstation dialog there should be shown the exact name of the image intended to write so the user can verify which one is actually written. Right now media writer claimed to install the raw image but actually it wrote an iso (as described before). This problem is already solved upstream. It was a bug in the parser of the list of images fetched from the Fedora servers. Thank you for reporting. *** Bug 1445078 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** mediawriter-4.1.0-1.fc26 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 26. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2017-729cc5d719 mediawriter-4.1.0-1.fc26 has been pushed to the Fedora 26 testing repository.
