Description Bhushan Barve 2017-04-20 10:08:10 UTC
Description of problem: 'Preview' option does not work for e-mails. When user tries to preview an e-mail by clicking on the 'preview' from menu options, the print windows opens up. However preview option works fine in case of calender, contacts or task items.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
evolution-3.24.0-1.fc26.x86_64
F26 alpha

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. login to F26 and launch evolution
2. open/compose an e-mail
3. click on preview option from the file menu.

Actual results:
The print pane is getting opened instead of preview.

Expected results:
The preview pane should get opened.

Additional info:
Preview works fine in case of calendar, tasks, contacts etc.

Thanks for a bug report. This had been filled already as bug #1415401, thus I'm marking this as a duplicate of it. I'm wondering whether hiding the File->Preview in Mail view would make things easier, at least not to confuse users with functionality which doesn't work at the moment.
