Petr, can you please provide log-collector report for the engine and the host? The check on upgrade failed on: RuntimeError: Package rubygem-fluent-plugin-collectd-nest cannot be found Reason for this is that Bug #1426901 - [RFE] Make update manager also update rubygem-fluent-plugin-collectd-nest plugin has been implemented before Bug #1436655 - Build / Tag rubygem-fluent-plugin-collectd-nest for RHV 4.1 In oVirt this wasn't visible because in oVirt the package was already available from CentOS OpsTools SIG repo. Moving to modified since the RHV package has been prepared. In log I can see: Failed to execute stage 'Package installation': Package rubygem-fluent-plugin-collectd-nest cannot be found and one very long exception Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.1.2-1 How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. install 4.1.2-1 host and click on Check for updates 2. 3.
