Description of problem:

Make the update manager also update package fluent-plugin-collectd-nest plugin  needed for metrics collection.

this package is not available in 4.1.2,
it is true the upgrade of hosts tried to upgrades it, however as the package is not availabable the host upgrade fails (package should be tagged)
fresh installation of new hosts is working as vdsm is not dependant on this package (should be)

Target release should be placed once a package build is known to fix a issue. Since this bug is not modified, the target version has been reset. Please use target milestone to plan a fix for a oVirt release.

rubygem-fluent-plugin-collectd-nest-0.1.2-1.el7 is available in CentOS from OpsTools SIG, built at http://cbs.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=16433

This package is however missing in RHV 4.1.2 being it requested for 4.1.3: see bug #1436655

verified in ovirt-engine-4.1.2.2-0.1.el7.noarch

 Check for available updates on host lunar was completed successfully with message 'found updates for packages rubygem-fluent-plugin-collectd-nest-0.1.2-1.el7, rubygem-fluent-plugin-viaq_data_model-0.0.3-1.el7'.
