Description of problem:
There are 2 invalid links (leads to 404 page on www.redhat.com) on https://<fqdn>/rhn/help/about.do

1. Check links on https://<fqdn>/rhn/help/about.do


Actual results:
These links leads to 404 pages:

  https://www.redhat.com/rhn/rhndetails/management/
  https://www.redhat.com/rhn/rhndetails/provisioning/


Expected results:
Links there should be valid or should be redirected to something at least partially relevant as two other links on that page


Additional info:
This was noticed by pstudenik on 5.7.0 (pxt version of the page) and for 5.7.0 it is tracked in bug 1448105.

I think we addressed this in Bug 1469011. Closing as duplicate.
