Description of problem:

Rebase gluster-swift to the Newton release of Openstack swift.

gluster-swift container image is needed for CNS 3.6 release, and we want this to be based on last released version of Openstack swift (2.10.1)

please grab swiftonfile-2.10.1-1.el7rhgs and use Swift Newton release i.e 2.10.1 .

Fix the spec file to add missing deps.

Fixed the deps in swiftonfile-2.10.1-2.el7rhgs.noarch.rpm

The build for swift is been provided , verified as part of 3.3 ISO. Upgrade testing is yet to be done. Since the rebase happened and build installation works fine moving the BZ to verified.
