Describe the issue: 

"The only required variable is openshift_metrics_hawkular_hostname" is no longer true.  Per https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1419874, the variable is no longer mandatory.

Suggestions for improvement: 

Revise text to reflect the change as of https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2017:0903

I moved the variable into the table and updated the verbiage to no longer state that it's required in the following PR:
