Backups on the NFS backend shared the same "backup" prefix. Two different backups sharing a container would overwrite each other's data. This fix generates a prefix based on the backup UUID and the volume ID. Now backup data is no longer overwritten.

Verified on: openstack-cinder-10.0.3-2.el7ost.noarch Reproduction steps provided expected result, only first1.txt file was found on restored volume. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
