3. Under "Generic Webhook URL" click on the "Learn more" link

Actual results:
Browser navigates to https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/3.5/dev_guide/builds/index.html#webhook-triggers

Expected results:
Browser navigates to https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/3.5/dev_guide/builds/triggering_builds.html#webhook-triggers
