I was tryingo install fc3 on my system using a workaround I found on fedoraforom.org. I started in Expert mode and ran into an error messagewithin 2-3 steps: "Assertion((c* HEADS +H)* SECTORS+S==A) at disk_dos.c:495 in function_probe_partition_for_geom () failed. Then, depending on whether I ignored or canceled, I would get "error opening /dev/sdc" then sdd, sde, sdf -- then it woul disappear. Then the error would repeat itslf (from the original "assertion" two or three times until thefinal insall screen. t ha poin, I recieve the messsssge: An unhandled exception has occurred. This is most likely a bug. Please copy the full text of this exception and file a detailed bugreport against anaconda at http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/ I am not new to computers but am a linux newbie.
