kmail tiny font + white spaces

After version 5.7.1-4 of qt5-qtwebengine, when using Dark themes with Kmail the message body has white space in areas where there is no content.

First reported:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=379406

This is still happening with F26 with the latest qt5-qtwebengine-5.9.0-4.fc26.x86_64 from Koji.
In addition this new package also makes the font in the message viewer tiny and I cannot change its size so had to roll back to the previous version.

Attachment shows the white space and the tiny font in the message body, before the update the font size was the same as the message/folder list.

F26, nouveau/Nvidia card, mesa - 17.1.2-2.fc26.nouvlock

FYI still seeing this with qt5-qtwebengine-5.9.1-1.fc26

So to eliminate other possible issues I tested with the standard unpatched fedora mesa and the nVidia packages from RPMFusion with the same result. I have rolled back to using Nouveau/nouvlock packages again.

This seems to be fixed, I am now running F27 beta.
Maybe because qt is version 5.9, whereas on F26 it was 5.7.x
I am also testing with applications 17.08 which could of helped as PIM had a shed load of fixes.

Comment 3 Rex Dieter 2018-04-23 14:36:21 UTC
Marking fixed as f26/f27 both track same qt/qtwebengine releases (5.9LTS and 5.10.x respectively)
