Description of problem:
yum-plugin-copr is only available on Fedora, not on CentOS (even via EPEL).
This page advertise it to be able to configure easily Copr repositories:

No package yum-plugin-copr available.

Additional info:
There is no better component to report this. This is Corpr's responsibility to either provide the tool as the docs says or update the doc if the method is obsolete.

Yum-plugin-copr is part of yum-utils package.
This need to be considered by maintainers of yum-utils.

Hmm and the package have been orphaned so it is unlikely to happen. :(

Hello, I would close the bug since we are not planning to make any changes in epel7 for the moment
