Moving to M3, as it requires establishing foundation for rolling upgrades in THT first. Moving out of OSP-15, bumping to OSP-16. The ironic part is done, but I think we need TripleO support to make the upgrade actually rolling. closing wontfix, reduction in capacity, lack of further progress, this RFE will not be prioritized should this still require attention, please reopen and engage PM for priortization |
