Starting with Pike, Ironic supports a rolling upgrade procedure similar to Nova. We should provide support for it as well.

Moving to M3, as it requires establishing foundation for rolling upgrades in THT first.

The ironic part is done, but I think we need TripleO support to make the upgrade actually rolling.

closing wontfix, reduction in capacity, lack of further progress, this RFE will not be prioritized
should this still require attention, please reopen and engage PM for priortization
