The section "6.2. Restoring the Self-Hosted Engine Environment" still points to options (cdrom, disk, pxe) which are no longer existing in rhv 4.1 environment:

We are waiting on the outcome of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1420604#c40 before we can proceed with any updates to this procedure.
