The fix has been merged as the patch of bz1482387.

Can QE test virtio-scsi to see if it works now?

sorry for replying so late. 

I have re-tested this bug with seabios-1.10.2-4.el7_4.x86_64 & seabios-1.10.2-3.el7_4.1.x86_64 & kernel-3.10.0-693.5.1.el7.

Testing steps are the same as https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1472131#c4

Result:
Guest works well.
