Description of problem:
Dnf doesn't work with $name:$stream:$version. It doesn't find the specific version.

dnf-2.6.5

1. dnf module info $name:$stream:$version

Error: No such module: $name:$stream:$version

I think the problem is in libdnf. The version is stored in int (timestamp like this 20170616094812 doesn't fit into int).

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 28 development cycle.
Changing version to '28'.
