The build fails because there's no debugging symbols produced. Even with adding CFLAGS it doesn't work. I removed %{?mingw_debug_package} to produce the build. I don't know if you have another solution. Besides that the package is sound. I'll accept it after your answer regarding the debugging issue. Do you have redhat-rpm-config installed? The build works fine in copr [1]. [1] https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/smani/mingw-extras/build/597420/ Yeah I have it installed. I have the same issue with mingw-numpy too.
