Create a new Disaster Recovery document that provides instructions how to configure the active-active failover.

We will be covering two scenarios in this guide:

1) Active-Active DR using self-hosted engine.
2) Active-Active DR using standalone manager.

Hi Tal,

Can you please provide the engineering RFE that tracks this effort for 4.1.z, so we can set an appropriate target?

At the moment, we can only find the 4.2 tracker, bug 1284364.
