Description of problem:
For Osp 12 mongodb is being dropped

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Packstack --allinone
2. rpm -qa | grep mongo
3.

Actual results:

puppet-mongodb and mongodb are installed

Expected results:

Mongodb is not installed

When just mongodb packages are missing packstack fails like (compared to missing puppet classes)

Also packstack fails if puppet-mongodb is not required and installed in a similar way.

upstream master patch landed
proposed stable/pike patch to get input
updated downstream patch to match patch on master so we diverge less.
