How reproducible: 
all the time when catalog item is created with dialog and shown in catalog is checked

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a simple dialog and catalog
2. Create a generic catalog item to be displayed in the catalog with that dialog
3. Save the catalog item

Actual results:
Modal pop-up error: 
Status 500 Internal Server Error
Content-Type text/html; charset=utf-8
Data wrong constant name 1 [catalog/explorer]

with eventual infinite spinner

Expected results:
No errors on save
