Description myoder 2017-09-28 15:35:42 UTC
Description of problem:

Text box dialogs are not being loaded correctly in the Admin UI. This can be seen in the developer tools from chrome. The short of it is we end up telling users to try to submit a catalog item, when it fails, re-log in and try it again.

I will upload a video demonstrating the text box dialogs being loaded properly. Then after clearing the browser cache, re-logging in, the dialogs text boxes are not being loaded.

So..

If I understand this correctly, it sometimes randomly works, and sometimes it doesn't... and cleaning the cache only helps to make it fail, right?

(I have no idea what you did by the end of the video, but it seems to have started working again => that's why I assume this is completely random.)

Also, myoder, can you please provide the exact version, 5.8 is .. not really informative by itself. Thanks! :)
