Description of problem:
Cannot read help.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Applies to crawl and crawl-tiles alike.

How reproducible:
Easy

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start game
2. Press '?'
3. Press any corresponding manual entry key.

Actual results:
Exits help screen

Expected results:
Should display help chapters

Additional info:
This is because docs are installed to /usr/share/docs/crawl, but the game looks for docs in /usr/share/crawl/docs. If docs are copies over to that directory, they work!
(In contrast, FAQ can be read because it's already in the /usr/share/crawl/dat directory.
