Description of problem:
overwriting reports causes new runs of the report to not show data for some columns

How reproducible:
limited reproductivity

Steps to Reproduce:
1. generate a report from an affected custom report
2. export the custom report
3. import the custom report
4. generate a new report of that custom report

Actual results:
some of the rows show up empty

Expected results:
all rows behave consistently

Additional info:
lacking some info regarding a full list of fields affected, was unable to reproduce this with a random report.
