Doc Text:
The NetApp driver was incorrectly reporting 'provisioned_capacity_gb', resulting in the scheduler using incorrect data and the over provisioning values being off. With this update, the driver does not report the 'provisioned_capacity_gb' data, which allows the Block Storage code to perform the calculations. As a result, the Block Storage scheduler can now properly calculate the over provisioning values for NetApp 7mode and cmode backends.
