Verified in Satellite 6.3 Snap 20.

I followed the verification steps I outlined in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1469800#c11.

The same results were seen. After installing some security errata (see attached), the errata count dropped from 24 to 19, as expected. Going into the dynflow console shows the upload package profile task starting and finishing before generate applicability (see attached).
