Description of problem:
no VM should be run with plugged disks on backup storage domain and if there is no leases on that Storage Domain.

Additional info:
Gerrit patch is there to solve the issue.

Target release should be placed once a package build is known to fix a issue. Since this bug is not modified, the target version has been reset. Please use target milestone to plan a fix for a oVirt release.

Verified on engine 4.2.1-0.2.el7 .

Checked both scenario's to prevent a storage domain to be updated to backup SD:
1) When SD have running VM's with disks in that SD
2) When SD have VM's with leases on that SD.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.1 release, published on Feb 12th 2018.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.1 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
