Hosts with switched context

Description of problem:
Tendrl UI does not reflect switched context when there are more clusters available. From design documents (https://redhat.invisionapp.com/share/8QCOEVEY9#/screens/244738623) it looks like after context is changed to some cluster all options should be related to this cluster. For example after context is switched to one cluster then after I click on Hosts there should be hosts related only to this cluster. Right now it shows all hosts.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install web admin with 2 clusters
2. Swith context to 1 of them
3. Try to navigate to Events or Hosts

Actual results:
There are shown data and controls related to all clusters.

Expected results:
There should be data and controls related to cluster which context is selected.

Per kmurarka in https://github.com/Tendrl/ui/pull/682, the Current code + patternfly.13 + concept B PR = Not breaking anything, but need time to integrate APIs and implement corresponding task and event views.

Removing 3.3.z flags to remove this from 3.3.1 into 3.4.0 or a future 3.3.z async.
