[RFE] UI controls to use context switcher

Created attachment 1343113 [details] Hosts with switched context Description of problem: Tendrl UI does not reflect switched context when there are more clusters available. From design documents (https://redhat.invisionapp.com/share/8QCOEVEY9#/screens/244738623) it looks like after context is changed to some cluster all options should be related to this cluster. For example after context is switched to one cluster then after I click on Hosts there should be hosts related only to this cluster. Right now it shows all hosts. Per kmurarka@redhat.com in https://github.com/Tendrl/ui/pull/682, the Current code + patternfly@3.29.13 + concept B PR = Not breaking anything, but need time to integrate APIs and implement corresponding task and event views.
Removing 3.3.z flags to remove this from 3.3.1 into 3.4.0 or a future 3.3.z async.
