Doc Text:	.The software repository containing the `ceph-ansible` package has changed Earlier versions of Red Hat Ceph Storage relied on the `ceph-ansible` package in the `rhel-7-server-rhscon-2-installer-rpms` repository. Description of problem:
Currently we instruct RHCEPH 2 users to install Ansible from the RH Storage Console product repository. In other words:

  subscription-manager repos --enable=rhel-7-server-rhscon-2-installer-rpms

The RHSCON 2 product is going end-of-life in February 2018 and we will need to ship Ansible in the RHCEPH 2 product instead.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Follow the current RHCEPH 2 CDN installation instructions.
2. Do *not* enable any "-rhscon-2" repositories on the installer node.
3. Ensure the RHCEPH "tools" repo is enabled:
   subscription-manager repos --enable=rhel-7-server-rhceph-2-tools-rpms
4. yum install ceph-ansible

Actual results:
Yum cannot find the "ansible" package because it is missing from the RHCEPH tools repo.

Expected results:
Yum installs the "ansible" package from the RHCEPH 2 tools repo.

Additional info:
Our docs also need to be changed to remove references to enabling the rhscon repositories when installing ceph-ansible.

Additionally, we need to update to the latest ceph-ansible version (v3.0._).
