From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.6)
Gecko/20050302 Firefox/1.0.1 Fedora/1.0.1-1.3.2

Description of problem:
Gentoo is well-known for its building on-the-fly, but is text-only.
The fact that it is text-only makes it quite user-hostile indeed.
Therefore, we should have an option where the user can either choose
from the Quick Install (prebuilt) or the Performance Install (build
during install). Here's how the discs will look:

Quick Install: Anaconda installer, prebuilt RPMS and development packages
Performance Install: Anaconda installer, source RPMS and development
packages

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Because this is a suggestion, there are no steps for reproduction.

"build during install" isn't performance, it's placebo + waste a lot
of time.
