Description of problem:
A service has name "%{subject}" in the notifications after deleting that service.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.9.0.7.20171107212356_ed87902 

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate tot Services/Catalogs.
2. Create a catalog item.
3. Provision a service.
4. Retire the service.
5. Delete it from the inventory.
6. Log out and log in back.
7. Open notifications.

Actual results:
Service name is replaced by "%{subject}".

Expected results:
Service name should not be changed in he notifications
