Document the ansible roles that can be set when running the Ansible script that configures collectd and fluentd on the oVirt engine and hypervisors.

Part of the setup includes running a script to configure collectd and fluentd on the engine and hosts. It has the option of --scope=engine or --scope=hosts on the hosts. It also has the option to add parameters, e.g. -e and other ~30 params that have been documented in a readme Packaging> ansible >setup> roles. This info is used to understand what reports can be generated by metrics store.
