This is most likely not random. Is there a chance you have multiple tabs open and you logout/login or session timeoutes meanwhile? This error appears when the form generated from previous session is submitted and is actually expected. We could improve the error message though. When I opened the page, AFAIK, no other tab related to the Satellite 6.3 Web UI was open. Session timeouts from a previous login might be the case, but usually whenever that happens, I have seen Satellite showing up a small notification stating that you have been logged out instead of the message as seen in the attached image. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 1443505 *** |
Created attachment 1355508 [details] Authentication error message on Web UI Description of problem: When trying to login through the Web UI of Satellite 6.3, Satellite randomly throws up the error of Invalid authenticity token as can be seen with the attached screenshot.
