For a VM that do not have placement policy run Refresh - ended up successfully. On RHV side, moved a VM from UP to down - on the CFME side refresh ended up successfully. Also checked there are no ERROR messages in evm.log, during those actions. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
